HOW IT WORKS
An early start is key when it comes to saving for our children’s success. Future Bound Miami’s Children’s Savings Accounts (CSAs) are a free savings tool for postsecondary education with program contributions, available to eligible kindergarten students attending Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS). Activate your account with your child’s school and within two weeks up to $50 of an initial deposit will be placed into the account. Your child’s school will send home more information about how to activate their account during the school year.
Who is eligible?
Future Bound Miami is open to kindergarten students attending select elementary schools that feed into twelve high schools within Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Over the next five years, our goal is to make this program available to all kindergarten students attending public schools within M-DCPS.
